What Dr. Mzizi is usually booked for
Four formats cover almost every engagement. A keynote, typically 45 to 60 minutes at a conference or agency event, usually on the distinction between pastoral and chaplaincy work or on what officers actually need from spiritual care. An agency in-service, a shorter session delivered to a shift or a command team, often on officer wellness and moral injury. A seminary intensive, one to three days with students who are choosing between a pulpit and a crisis scene. And chaplain orientation, delivered to a new or reorganising chaplain corps.
Audiences have ranged from a dozen chaplains around a table to conference rooms of several hundred. The material adapts; the posture does not.
Practicalities
Dr. Mzizi is a serving pastor and a working law-enforcement chaplain, so availability is limited and every request is considered individually. Include your audience, format, preferred timeframe, and whether a virtual session would work.
