What these are for
Three of the questions Dr. Mzizi is asked most often do not have a single answer that fits everyone. Whether someone is called to chaplaincy depends on instincts that are hard to see in yourself. Whether an agency's programme is sound depends on which of a dozen things it has quietly skipped. And a great deal of confusion in this field is simply vocabulary — two people using the same word for different things.
These tools exist for those three cases. The discernment quiz asks the questions Dr. Mzizi would ask a candidate before recommending them into a programme. The maturity assessment scores a programme against the standards agencies get held to after an incident, not before. The glossary settles the terms.
What they are not
None of these produce a verdict. A quiz cannot confer a calling and a self-assessment cannot certify a programme; both are structured ways of finding the next question worth sitting with. Where a result points to something that needs real work, the guides and the books carry it further than a score ever could.
