Prayer & Scripture
Prayers and scripture for the people who serve: officers, first responders, their families, and the pastors and chaplains who walk alongside them.
These pages are written to be used, not only read. Each prayer is original and can be read aloud at a roll call, a service, or a kitchen table, and each passage of scripture comes with a short reflection from a working chaplain. They are offered to people of every faith and none, as a starting place for prayer, not a substitute for the care of a chaplain or a congregation.

Bible Verses for Police Officers: 12 Passages for the Shift
Twelve Bible passages for police officers, for the start of a shift, the hard call, the moment of fear, and the night after, each with a short reflection from a chaplain.
Every article here is an orientation, not a manual. Each one answers what something is and why it matters to a chaplain or to the agency they serve; none of them stand in for the formation the work actually asks for. The operational detail — the protocols, the scripts, the full field procedures, and the reasoning behind each judgement call — lives in the books, where it can be set out properly and in order. Start anywhere in this list; nothing here assumes you have read the rest.
